Pipekeep

Terms of Service

Last updated 12 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between the operator of Pipekeep (“we”) and the business that uses Pipekeep (“you”, the workspace), and apply to everyone the business lets use it. By signing in you accept them on the business’s behalf, and confirm you may do so.

1. The service

Pipekeep captures leads, routes them to your team, tracks calls, appointments, deals and payments, sends the emails and WhatsApp messages you set up, and reports what produces revenue. It is in an invite-only beta: workspaces are created by us, and there is no charge during the beta. If we introduce fees, we will tell you in advance and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

2. Accounts

  • People sign in with their Google account. You decide who is invited to your workspace and with which role, and you remove people who leave.
  • Keep access to your team’s Google accounts and to any API keys you create secure. You are responsible for what is done with your workspace’s accounts and keys.
  • Tell us at once if you think an account or key has been misused.

3. Your data

  • Your workspace’s data (your leads, contacts, deals, messages and files) belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You can export it from Settings → Data at any time, and erase individual leads.
  • If your workspace is deleted, its data is kept 30 days (so a mistake can be undone) and then erased; encrypted backups expire within a further 7 days.

4. Your responsibilities

You are the data fiduciary for your leads’ personal data. You agree to:

  • collect leads lawfully, tell them how their data is used and record their consent where the law requires it, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023;
  • send marketing email only to people who agreed to receive it, and honour unsubscribes;
  • follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce policies: message people only after they opt in, and use approved templates outside the 24-hour window (the CRM enforces these rules, but the decision to message is yours);
  • follow the rules for commercial calls and messages that apply to you, including India’s telecom rules on unsolicited commercial communication;
  • answer your leads’ requests to see, correct or erase their data; we will help you do so.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

  • send spam or messages people did not agree to receive;
  • store or send unlawful, deceptive or harmful content;
  • try to reach another workspace’s data, test our security without our written permission, or overload the service;
  • resell the service or copy it.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.

6. Other services you connect

When you connect Meta (WhatsApp, lead forms, Conversions API), Google Calendar, Razorpay, Stripe, email sending, AI summaries or the AI setter, data flows between the CRM and that service on your instruction, under that service’s own terms. AI summaries and the AI setter’s replies are written by a model and can be wrong or incomplete. You choose whether the setter drafts replies for your team to approve or sends them itself, and you are responsible for what it sends on your behalf, as for any message from your business.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, with daily backups, but during the beta it is provided “as is”, without a guaranteed uptime. We may improve or change features; if a change removes something you rely on, we will tell you in advance where we can.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, revenue or leads), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it (nil during the free beta). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. You will compensate us for claims caused by your breach of section 4 or 5.

9. Ending the service

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may end the service, or your access, with 30 days’ notice (or at once for a serious breach of section 5). Before an ending we give you the chance to export your data.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts at the place of our registered office, after we have first tried in good faith to resolve them together.

11. Changes to these terms

We will tell workspace owners about material changes before they take effect. Using the service after that means accepting the new terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
